At [Easy Walk], we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions below.

1. Return Period

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • After 7 days, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Any product showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage will not be eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (or as store credit, if applicable).
  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the product price.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may exchange for another product of equal or higher value (by paying the difference).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
  • In case of a defective or wrong product, we will cover the return cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized walking sticks cannot be returned or refunded.
